{FREE PRINTABLE} Father's Day "Scratchie" Cards!

Father's Day is fast approaching! Do you have a tradition for celebrating? We usually have a lunch with granddads and "dads" in our family.

We keep presents pretty low-key during Father's Day and generally love home-made gifts. 

This year, I have made some FREE printable Father's Day cards which you can download from the YKOT Shop.  There are two designs as I knew each of my kids would like their own to write.  Print them a page at a time so that the message is printed in the right place... you may need to battle with your printer to make sure it opens up as a card!

These cards are unique and designed to be used with my "scratchie" paper described in an earlier post here. They "scratchie" paper was a very popular post and you will find it easy (and quick) to make! We had some leftover paper and thought I would add it to the Father's Day card for a fun element!  

I have said previously that greeting cards are a great way to encourage kids to write their name and simple messages. Print off your free Father's Day cards here!  {Not Father's Day in your part of the world? Then why not pin this for later?}

A happy Father's day to those of you who are fathers reading this article.  To those who are reminded of difficult times or pain at celebrations such as these, my thoughts are with you.
