"Earth paper" is a visual prompt to assist with letter size, letter formation and alignment to the writing line. Â There are solid coloured lines for the earth {brown}, grass {green} and the sky {blue}.
"Earth Paper:Visual Writing Lines Package" now includes everything you need to help transition your child from the original earth paper to ordinary paper.
Use the solid lines to introduce the concept of orgnization of letter sizes whilst aligning to the lines. Solid lines are available in different sizes to enable children from Kindergarten to year 6 to use this paper comfortably. The "whole page" earth paper may be laminated and used for display on a whiteboard for teacher demonstration. This may also be used for multi-sensory practice (eg. playdough, wikki stix, etc).Â
Three transition papers have also been included with highlights of the small letter line and additional spacing markers.
Bookmarks may be used along side ordinary paper to provide a small "prompt" in the margin.
The desk strips will provide early writers with a guide for letter size and alignment.
