A visual checklist to assist with planning and organising tasks required for getting ready independently in the morning and preparing for bedtime. The morning routine includes using the toilet, getting dressed, combing hair, brushing teeth, washing face, putting glasses.  The evening routine includes bathing/showering, putting on  pyjamas, brushing teeth, coming hair, using the toilet and reading. There are male characters on this sheet.

The routine may be laminated for durability or used inside a plastic picture frame.

How to use:
Show your child the routine and assist them to tick the coloured circles as each task is completed.  As your child becomes more independent they may check the routine list and tick off each task independently.

For more information refer to "Ready, set, go ... in the morning and for bed".
